    A: No. It is your choice.
  • Q: Are you licensed?

    A: Yes, in Indiana and Kentucky.
  • Q: Can I reach you after hours?

    A: Yes, we have an emergency line that contacts the first available staff member.
  • Q: Can you put the money directly into my account?

    A: Yes we can!
  • Q: Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

    A: We are a paperless company and all documents are loaded to your owner portal. We sign on your behalf.
  • Q: Do you sell real estate too?

    A: We can help, our sister company Home Page Realty handles all sales while we focus on management.
  • Q: How and when do I get my checks?

    A: Every month on the 15th we will initiate an EFT or we will mail a physical check.
  • Q: How is rent collection handled?

    A: We collect 90% using automated payment systems. When late, we make outbound phone calls, text messages, and send emails to late payers. We send certified 30 day notices within the first 7 days of the month. We continue to follow up and schedule court dates until payment is made.
  • Q: How long of a lease do you sign?

    A: We typically sign 2 year leases on single family, townhomes, and condos. We offer 1 year leases on apartments.
  • Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    A: Generally equal to one month's rent, unless the resident needs help qualifying.
  • Q: How soon can you start managing my property?

    A: We like to have at least 30 days, but can work with you to expedite the process.
  • Q: What type of properties do you manage?

    A: We manage single family houses, apartments, condos, and townhomes.
  • Q: What type of reports do I get and how often?

    A: We send monthly and annual reports. We also send monthly email summaries and offer virtual or in-person meetings on demand.
  • Q: Who holds the tenant security deposit?

    A: LREI Property Management keeps security deposits in a trust account and reports to the state as required.
