A: Every month on the 15th we will initiate an EFT or we will mail a physical check.

A: We collect 90% using automated payment systems. When late, we make outbound phone calls,
text messages, and send emails to late payers. We send certified 30 day notices within the first
7 days of the month. We continue to follow up and schedule court dates until payment is made.
Q: How long of a lease do you sign?
A: We typically sign 2 year leases on single family, townhomes, and condos.
We offer 1 year leases on apartments.
Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
A: Generally equal to one month's rent, unless the resident needs help qualifying.

A: We like to have at least 30 days, but can work with you to expedite the process.

and offer virtual or in-person meetings on demand.
